RULES & REGULATIONS
- No Outside Alcohol: For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited within the festival grounds.
- No Weapons: Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or other dangerous items, are not permitted on the premises.
- No Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities.
- Respectful Behavior: Please treat all festival staff, vendors, performers, and fellow attendees with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Keep the Park Clean: Help us keep Williams Park clean and beautiful by disposing of trash in designated bins. Littering is not allowed.
- Follow Instructions: Follow the instructions of festival organizers, security personnel, and law enforcement officers at all times. They are here to ensure your safety and the success of the event.
- Stay Hydrated: Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated, especially if consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Designated Smoking Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please be mindful of non-smokers and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Children’s Area Supervision: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, especially in designated children’s areas.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the festival’s emergency procedures and evacuation routes. In case of an emergency, follow instructions from staff and evacuate calmly.
- COVID-19 Safety Guidelines: Adhere to any COVID-19 safety guidelines and protocols set forth by local health authorities, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and hand hygiene practices.
- Have Fun Responsibly: Most importantly, have a great time at the festival, but please do so responsibly. Pace yourself with alcoholic beverages, look out for your friends, and make arrangements for safe transportation home if needed.
